Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Please email hello@shopraisewild.com to initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your product for a refund via your original payment method, or within 30 days of receiving your product for store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Sweatshirts with customizations are made to order and are not eligible for returns.
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refunded amount. Shipping costs can not be refunded. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your bank. If you are receiving store credit, it will be sent to the provided email on file unless otherwise noted. Raise Wild reserves the right to decline a refund for any reason.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@shopraisewild.com. If your request is within our guidelines, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as custom orders, made to order items, or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for on sale items, imperfect items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at hello@shopraisewild.com and we will respond in a timely manner with instructions.

Exchanges will not be accepted beyond 30 days of receiving your product. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. We will ship out your replacement item once we have received and inspected the original product. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Raise Wild reserves the right to decline an exchange for any reason.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method, minus any return shipping fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
