The inner size tags on select youth pieces were mislabeled during manufacturing.
What’s affected:
- Youth Small (inner tag reads YXS (7-8), correct fit: YS 7–8)
- Youth Medium (inner tag reads YXS (10), correct fit: YM 10)
- Youth Large (inner tag reads YXS (12), correct fit: YL 12)
Fit, function, durability, and style are completely unchanged.
Only the sewn-in interior tag has an error.

Is it waterproof?
It's water-resistant, not waterproof. Tough nylon taslon with a certified PFAS-free water-repellent finish handles drizzle, puddles and wet grass, but it isn't made for a full downpour.
How does it fit?
It runs slightly large, so there's room to grow (and to pass it down). Sizes run from 6–12 months through Youth Large.
Is it safe for kids?
Yes! Beyond being certified PFAS-free, the Daily Rumpus went through additional children's product safety testing to make sure it's extra safe for little ones.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold and hang dry.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days (5–7 during launches, holidays and sales). Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders over $75.
What's your return policy?
Unworn, unwashed items with tags can be returned for a refund within 14 days or store credit within 30 days. Sale and imperfect items are final sale. Full refund policy.

This jacket has been perfect for warmer rainy days in the PNW this past month. We also took it to the beach and loved the "high vis" colors. It's been through the wash already and has cleaned up nicely and held up well in the dryer. My son is 38.5" tall and about 36lbs and we bought the 4T. Perfect fit with room to grow for the year!

Great lightweight summer jacket that you can take anywhere. This jacket is easy to pack, and a nice layer when it get breezy or a bit chilly. The color is so cute and fun, the kids love these.
